The Inner Conference Table

Do you want to go deeper with your own parts, either on your own, or in-between sessions with your IFS practitioner?
Have you tried journaling but maybe it wasn’t as effective as you’d like it to be?
Imagine having an equally accessible technique that doesn’t require anything fancier than a pen and paper to access your parts!
Let your Parts move the Pen: A 4-week Creative Inner Lab
Every part of me recommends these classes with great enthusiasm. They have totally changed my life!

“I appreciate you as a leader Melissa and I appreciated watching you facilitate the conference table exercise. I really feel comfortable with how you embrace and embody IFS in your sharing and leadership” -Lucy
“I liked how you approached the IFS around-the-table technique.
It was easy to connect with the parts and listen to my inner system. The table technique is easier to use than just mapping the parts. As you said, it has more structure, which some managers prefer.
It helped me practice the IFS model, which supported my IFS work. I've been gathering information and learning about IFS for a long time, but I haven't had the chance to practice due to the numbing part that shuts everything down whenever I try to practice IFS.
I gained much more clarity about my parts.” — Isabella
“It's helpful to be part of a community of other practitioners who are on the same Healing journey. Witnessing other people's blocks which resonate with my own is also insightful and allows for a sense of acceptance so acknowledgement of my own parts being 'ok'.” —Christina
This is one of the most manager friendly techniques
The first class is a demonstration and discussion of the easy approach to the conference table technique.
In the second class, we will have a shorter demo, then practice and discuss the easy technique.
In the third class, we will build on the skills we learned in the first two classes to go deeper with a variation on this technique. This time, focusing more precisely on the center of the Conference Table. This is Michi Rose’s classical approach to the technique, which she gave me permission to share it!
In the fourth class, we will have a shorter demo, then practice and discuss the Michi Rose Conference Table technique.
“I liked learning a very concrete way of having clients externalize their parts. I liked the insights that you pointed out along the way, like self energy within the part.”
“I loved your clarity about the four tools you use for the express "externalisation of parts." Very helpful clarity.
Also the recognition of how different systems would react differently to the various externalisation tools.
I was filling in my own conference table as I was listening to the demo and it was incredibly insightful.
I am delighted to have another tool for further work, for both my own IFS work and with clients. I think this tool could be a clear way of encouraging real confidence in the IFS approach of working with parts, for clients.”— Wendy
“I really enjoyed your excited and passionate parts/self that helped me feel welcomed and able to learn. Some of your demos were so much fun to observe, and I was resonated and excited with other participants' processing. I also enjoyed having people from different countries. It was nice to feel IFS is a universal "language" and tool for healing and peace.” — Leo
