A Four-Workshop Series
To Deepen your IFS Practice

The workshop will be once a month for 4 months

Each week, we will explore each part from the lens of their own unique inner ‘culture’: managers, firefighters, then exiles. The last week will be for integration of the concepts. Each week will follow the same format:

Check-in
Guided IFS healing session (experiential exploration)
Sharing

Parts exist on a spectrum, the way weather exists on a spectrum, from mild to extreme. We will be focusing on MILD parts during this workshop — in other words, parts who have access to some of their own Self-energy.

As you know, people have parts and a Self.

Parts also have parts and a Self.

In this workshop, we will be working with parts who have some capacity to connect to their own Self-energy, not parts that are so extreme they can not handle even hearing about the culture of other parts.

Because this is a class for deepening your IFS work, not an introductory class, we have an application process. If you have worked with Michelle or Melissa, please reach out to us to see if the class may be right for you.
