Inner work isn’t easy.
It requires a safe container and Self-energy —
both of which are not always readily available!
I’m offering this IFS Women’s Coaching Group as a SAFE, sacred container
for vulnerable, personal work to arise in the company of other inner travelers.
Who is this group best for?
Women who would like to experience and witness short IFS coaching sessions, learn from my coaching, hold space for other women, and share in the safety and intimacy of a very small group.
You need to have the capacity to identify parts, some experience working with your parts, and the ability to ‘speak parts language’ in order to benefit from the group.
You do NOT need to be a Level 1 graduate!

Group Structure
Greetings • where you’re from and one thing you want us to know about you
Going inside for three minutes to center and prepare for checking in
Spacious Check-In
15 Minutes of individual IFS coaching with Melissa (with each person in the group)
Open-hearted responses by other women to your coaching session
(if you choose to receive feedback — your choice)
Open time for sharing about anything else that came up in the group
Closing
I’m open to co-creating the structure to meet the needs of the group
This includes offering longer demonstrations or addressing specific topics
Also, if you would like to form a men’s group,
don’t hesitate to apply &/or bring 2 men along to create your own group!
I’m offering single gender groups to enhance safety.
If you have friends with whom you’d love to have an IFS group,
I’m happy to offer a group just for your specific configuration.
