Workshop Details

  • Zoom fatigue is real! Being online for hours at a time is tough to schedule and hard on the body.

In my workshops, I aim for a ‘flipped classroom’ model where the bulk of the didactic teaching is available as a stand-alone video, so you can learn at your own pace and space.

Videos are available before each class or workshop. You can listen while you’re driving, doing the dishes, or laying down relaxing! You can re-listen, take notes at your leisure, and jot down questions that come up along the way and email them to me before the class, or bring them up during the class Q & A.

The flipped classroom model allows us to spend our class time doing what class time is best for: experiential exercises, practice with immediate feedback, check-ins, sharing, and questions and answers. My aim is for workshops to give you the deepest IFS learning with the least amount of time spent stuck to a Zoom square!

  • Inner work is vulnerable. To enhance safety, I interview everyone who applies to be in a group, and do my best to match people into groups based on my sense of how well the group will cohere on an energetic level. I’m on a learning curve about this, so I welcome feedback about it!

  • Current groups will remain very small as I pilot various workshops. If you want to work in a very small group, now’s the time!

My fall workshop with Michelle will be larger, as there will be two of us to hold the group container.

  • The investment for most classes is $160 per class. This allows me to keep class sizes small and have enough time for each person to share richly and deeply.

I do not currently have lower-priced classes, as I enjoy smaller classes and the intimacy and depth of work they allow.

  • Because groups are so small, I’ve very open to co-creating a group structure. If you have an idea for an IFS group, give me a call! I’m very open to ideas right now!

If you like a group but want to change the structure in certain ways, reach out! I’m open to suggestions!

  • I’m in the process of developing a class for IFS coaches about the distinction between IFS coaching and IFS therapy.

It will be a space for IFS coaches to get support for living their purpose, and relief from the stress of managers who feel confused about their scope of practice.

It will be a combination of discussion and nitty-gritty details about the difference between the two approaches, AND a place to do parts work on the parts of us that make it hard to move forward as IFS coaches with confidence and security that we ARE in right relationship in our service to the world as IFS coaches.
