Hello! I’ve known Michelle Gaza for over 15 years. I’ve attended IFS trainings and retreats with her, made videos with her, and collaborated on workshops with her, including our fantastic “Inner Cultural Diversity” workshop last year.

When she let me know she needs to take August off, I offered to be a substitute support for you, her clients. I am on this earth to do IFS, and it would give me joy to be able to support you and Michelle this summer.

My rates are significantly higher than Michelle’s because my practice is radically different than hers. As a contemporary mystic whose main form of spiritual inquiry is IFS, my life is designed around my IFS work. I do 2+ hours of IFS a day, on myself. This takes enormous financial support because 1) I need a small team of bodyworkers (chiropractor, acupuncturist) to help me run this much energy through my body. 2) I invest in continuing IFS and somatic education (authentic movement and sound healing). 3) I need to delegate household tasks to assistants because the energy it takes to do that much IFS and recover from that much IFS does not leave enough energy for all my household tasks. Despite driving a 25-year-old car and living in a 750-square foot home, I can only economize so much. So my rates are high because I dedicate my life to being at the forefront of IFS inquiry in my own work.

I understand that my individual rates are not accessible to everyone. For you, Michelle’s clients, I have a this-August-only sliding scale:

$300/60 minute session for those with incomes under $60,000. $450/60 minute session for those with incomes from $60,000-100,000. $600 for those with incomes over $100,000. ($600 is my usual rate). I trust you to choose the rate that is in alignment with you.

Because my rates are a barrier, I have also been working on offering small-group coaching at more affordable rates. Check out the small group page to learn more.

In whatever way I may be of support this summer, I’m glad to offer it. We have come to IFS, together, to become the greatest versions of ourselves that we can become. Let us continue!
